Important:
Due to the closing of our School, as of June 30, 2018, all Incarnation School Records of all students were transferred to the Archives and Records Center of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Accordingly, starting June 5th, 2018, the Archdiocese of Chicago Archives and Records Center handles all school records.
